​How long is the battery autonomy?
The maximum autonomy can vary between 30 and 40 km depending on the driver, the type of driving and the route taken.

What happens if I run out of battery?
Don't worry, just start pedaling! HYCON was developed with perfect cycling that traces the most high-performance muscle bikes, so pedaling even without a motor is a pleasure.

What's the max speed?

The Hycon is sold with a maximum speed set at 25 km/h as this is the limit imposed by regulations in most countries. Through the display, however, it is possible to unlock the limit, allowing the motor's thrust to be used without limit to use the bike in private areas. Unlocking the limit is the responsibility of the purchaser. Hycon is exempt from any liability in this respect and always invites you to respect the limits imposed by the various countries.

 

I'm a small/tall person, is the frame the right size for me?

Our frames fit any sizes because HYCON has a height adjustable handlebar (stem) and seat post.

Will the bike arrive fully assembled?

Yes, it will arrive fully assembled and you can find all the specifications on line in our SUPPORT section where is present technical documentation for the correct maintenance of the vehicle.

Why is the frame of the Hycon bike made of chromoly steel instead of aluminium?

When we developed the HYCON Bike, we were looking for a perfect balance between low weight, high stability, long durability and high riding comfort. We were able to combine these characteristics in an ideal balance by using the most modern chrome-molybdenum steel. The excellent damping characteristics and the simultaneously high stiffness of Chromoly make (in contrast to aluminium frames) heavy suspension components superfluous.
Steel is the most durable material in cycling and has an infinite life cycle compared to aluminium.

What can I do if my HYCON bike needs to get repaired?
Hycon is equipped with standard components that can be repaired and replaced in any qualified workshop.

What can I do if I have problems with the electric motor?
The bike will be accompanied by all the supporting documentation and help contacts necessary to send the motor for assistance. In any case you can write to support@hycon.bike to get all the information.
 
Do HYCON come with a warranty?
Every Hycon bike comes with a two-year limited manufacturer warranty. If a manufacturer production defect is found within this period, we will respond according to our warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear components such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, etc. You can read more about the warranty in our Terms ans Conditions.
